What types of training programs do you offer?
We provide obedience, behavior correction, and agility training tailored to your dog’s needs.
How long does each training session last?
Each session typically lasts between 45 and 60 minutes to keep your dog engaged.
Are training sessions held individually or in groups?
We offer both private one-on-one sessions and small group classes for socialization.
How old is too old?
No dog is too old! We welcome dogs, regardless of age, into our training programs as long as they are healthy enough to participate.
How can I schedule a training session?
You can book sessions through our website or by contacting us directly via phone or email.
What do I need to bring?
We ask that you bring a copy of your dog’s vaccinations to the first class. For each class, we ask you bring your dog in with a flat collar and a standard 6-foot leash. No harnesses or retractable leashes are allowed. Also, bring the treats your dog loves.
What is the cancellation & rescheduling policy?
We understand that life happens. To keep our schedule running smoothly for all clients, we follow a simple cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled class are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
Because that time slot can no longer be filled, the class is considered forfeited.
Can I reschedule my training class?
Yes — if you contact us more than 24 hours before your scheduled class.
We’re happy to help you find a new time that works.
What if I need to cancel within 24 hours of my class?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled class are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Because that time slot can no longer be filled, the class is considered forfeited.
What if I miss my class without notifying you?
A no‑show is treated the same as a late cancellation. The class is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Just reach out by email, phone, or message and we’ll take care of the rest. The sooner you contact us, the more flexibility we can offer.

Our trainers reserve dedicated time for each dog and handler. Late cancellations make it difficult to offer that spot to another family who may be waiting for support. This policy helps us keep classes running smoothly and fairly for everyone.
